President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev held talks in a narrow format at Kuksaroy residence.
The ceremony of the official meeting of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic took place here.
During the talks, the two leaders discussed the prospects for further development of mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Almazbek Atambayev exchanged views on regional and international issues of mutual interest.
Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan signed a package of bilateral accords following the talks.
President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev signed the Declaration on Strategic Partnership, Strengthening Friendship, Good Neighborliness and Confidence between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Kyrgyz Republic.
Afterwards the two leaders oversaw the signing of over 10 documents in various areas of cooperation.
