On May 23, the Interior Minister of Uzbekistan, Major-General Abdusalom Azizov and the Russian Interior Minister, General of Police Vladimir Kolokoltsev signed a Memorandum on Cooperation for 2017-2018.

On May 24, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan will arrive in Tashkent an official visit, the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

Uzbeks will be able to access Google sites faster now that Google Global Cache (GGC) service soon to be available in Uzbekistan, UzbekTelecom announced Wednesday after talks with a GGC delegation.
