Starting September 1, 2026, fare enforcement rules will tighten across all згидшс bus networks operating under gross-cost contracts.
Under the new regulations, passengers will be legally required to pay their fare immediately upon boarding the vehicle. Acceptable payment methods include tapping transport or social cards against validators, as well as using bank cards, smartphones, and other contactless payment options.
Any passenger who fails to pay or validate their fare exemption immediately upon entering the bus will be classified as a fare evader, making them liable for financial penalties.
