Individuals who attempted to kidnap a female named Indira, 20, were arrested in Tashkent, the Tashkent city police department said today.
Reportedly, the kidnapping was organized by a young man named Amal, 30. He was assisted by three other young men. The statement did not elaborate on when and where the incident occurred, as well as the reasons for the kidnapping.
According to the female, the "first kidnapping " occurred near her house. A young man named Mikhail hit her and knocked her down. Amal was driving the car, and young men named Usman and Umid were next to her.
The criminal case has been opened under Kidnapping and Illegal deprivation of liberty by force charges of the Criminal Code, and all those who organized the kidnapping have been arrested.
