The official opening ceremony of the Human Rights House at the Information and Resource Center of the National Center for Human Rights will take place on December 3, the press service of the Center said in a statement.
Reportedly, the Center was created on the initiative of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
The Human Rights House is a specialized platform created to support human rights activities and human rights education. A library of international and national human rights documents, scientific research, commentaries and analytical reports will be formed here.
The opening ceremony is being organized within the framework of two significant dates - December 8 - Constitution Day of Uzbekistan and December 10 - International Human Rights Day.
The presentation will be attended by about 100 people, including representatives of international and regional organizations whose activities are related to the protection of human rights.
