Explosion of gas cylinder occurred today at about 8:30 AM in an Isuzu bus which was carrying 26 people following a road accident on Bukhara-Karaulbazar highway in Kagan district of Bukhara region. Four women died on the spot, another one died in the hospital, the Ministry of Emergencies said.
