Uzbekistan is hosting a high-level Central Asian Climate Dialogue ‘From global knowledge to local solutions: climate resilient institutions in Central Asia’. The event, initiated with the support of Uzhydromet, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and will be organized by UNDP in Uzbekistan through EU-funded ‘Climate Change and Resilience in Central Asia’ project in close cooperation with GIZ Initiative of ‘Green Central Asia’ funded by the German Agency for International Cooperation.

Uzbekcosmos Space Research and Technology Agency as part of the space monitoring will identify violations in the economy the by processing and analyzing space images. This task was entrusted to the agency by the Nov. 23 presidential decree.
