Driver of a GM Gentra with Jizzakh province license plate (25 A 888 MA) attempted to run over a group of people during a conflict in Tashkent on Friday night.
The video footage shows two people throwing stones at the windshield and breaking it after the attempted run-over.
The Tashkent police department reported that all those involved in the incident were taken to the police department, and the car was taken to a penalty parking lot.
