The order of the director of the anti-corruption agency "On the approval of sample forms of notice of presence of conflicts of interest, declarations of potential conflicts of interest and the register of accounting of conflicts of interest" was adopted.
The order has approved:
- notice of presence of conflicts of interest;
- declarations of potential conflicts of interest;
- forms of the register of conflicts of interest.
In the notice, the employee must provide his passport details, Natural person’s personal ID number, names of close relatives and other information, related legal entity and conflict of interest information.
The declaration should contain information about possible conflicts of interest, in addition to the specified information.
Measures to regulate conflicts of interests should be specified in the conflict of interest register.
For information: the requirement to fill out these forms comes from the Conflict of Interest Law effective from 06.12.2024.
The legal provisions shall apply to:
- state bodies and local authorities, state institutions, state unitary enterprises, state trust funds;
- joint-stock companies with a government’s stake of 50 percent or more in the authorized fund.
