President Mirziyoyev approved amendments and additions to some codes. Namely, amendments were made to the Criminal Code, providing for criminal liability for repeated commissions of illegal mining of minerals after the imposition of administrative punishment for such actions, as well as for mining minerals without a permit in the manner of gold prospectors.
While, the amendments to the Administrative Liability Code provide for the necessary powers for the police to draw up an administrative violation sheet against persons who have committed offenses related to arbitrarily occupying land plots, carrying out construction works on arbitrarily occupied land plots, as well as violating the order of land allocation.
The amendments shall take effect on the date of its official publication.
