Anti-Trust Committee rectified violations of public procurement procedures worth of about 20 billion soums in July-August, the Committee’s press service reported.
Reportedly, anti-trust actions during call for bids, as well as those breaching the Public Procurement Law were identified.
Based on the findings of the probes, administrative cases were launched against customers, and purchases with violations were canceled.
The Committee issued orders to rectify the violations and gave instructions to prevent such cases in the future. The perpetrators were held accountable.
