An investigation has been conducted into the death of an 11-year-old boy who had received medical treatment at a private clinic in Bukhara, the spokesman to the Prosecutor General, Hayot Shamsutdinov said.
Reportedly, given the need to verify all the circumstances that need to be proven in the case and conduct a number of investigative actions, a criminal case has been opened under Failure to properly perform professional duties charge.
The case would be legally closed after all the necessary investigative actions were complete.
The child was taken to a private clinic because he had a cold. However, after medical treatment, he died. The deceased's relatives blamed the clinic's doctors for his death.
