Sherzod Oblokulov has been appointed as prosecutor of Tashkent city, the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office of Uzbekistan said.

On May 31, the Uzbek Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov received the visiting Junior Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Ivan Jancarek, who arrived in Uzbekistan for inter-MFA political consultations, bilateral meetings in the Senate, Ministry of Foreign Trade, Committee for Investments and is expected to visit Khorezm province.

On May 29, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a government meeting focusing on the analysis and assessment of the status of the accords, agreements and projects signed following his state visits to Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Russia and China, as well as talks with the President Turkey.

During the 10th plenary session of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, the senators considered  the Making Amendments and Addenda, Recognition as Void of Some Legal Acts of Uzbekistan Bill.
