Perfectum mobile operator has been privatized. According to the register of enterprises and organizations, as of today, March 15, 100 percent of the legal entity of Perfectum operator - "Rubicon Wireless Communication" is now owned by Abdumalik Iminov.

Privatization of the Perfectum company was instructed by the October 27, 2020 presidential decree, the company was initially included in the list of state-owned assets for sale, increasing its investment attractiveness. At that time, 65 percent of the company was owned by the State Asset Management Agency, and 35 percent by Amis Protrade International, a company registered in the United States. 

After that, during the past period, the public tender for the sale of the state shares in Perfectum was not announced, nor was it reported that the company was privatized.

The official site of Perfectum reported that the name of the company was changed to "RWC" LLC from December 12, 2023. In the autumn of 2023, in October, the company announced a large-scale transformation. 

As of July 2023, Abdumalik Iminov, who became the owner of RWC, had shares in two LLCs - "Ravnaq-Omad-Biznes" (lease and management of spaces for the organization of trade) and "Sirdaryo Ko`mir Invest" (non-specialized wholesale trade). , later left the group of founders. 

Perfectum is the third major state-owned asset to be found to have been sold opaquely in recent weeks. 

Earlier, it was known that gas stations belonging to "Uzbekneftgaz" and Chinaz oil refinery were privatized. The new beneficiary of these assets is Daniyor Komilov, the son of Former foreign minister Abdulaziz Komilov.
