The first ever Government Hour (equiv. of Question Time) in the history of the Uzbek parliament was held in the Legislative Chamber Tuesday. Kabul Berdiyev has been appointed chief of the Civil Protection Institute under the Ministry of Emergency Situations, replacing Zafar Turaev, who returned to the post of deputy chief of the institute, the ministry reported.
