Chorvok oromgohi (Pyramids) the recreation area in the Tashkent province is again put up for sale, the State Assets Management Agency. Earlier, the Pyramids located on the shores of Charvak reservoir was put up for sale, divided into eight parts. Now Chorvok Oromgohi is sold as a single lot.
The new owner must keep the hotel, comply with the moratorium on cutting trees and bushes, and pay off the debt to IMPRO GmbH of 573.5 thousand euros.
In 2018, the "Pyramids" complex, which is now owned by the state, brought a net profit of only 89.9 million soums, and in 2019 - only 2.7 million soums.
