Information surfaced on social networks that the deputy mayor of Bustan district in Andijan province used the employees of communal services department to work in his house.
According to the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations, officers of the Labor inspectorate launched a probe on the incident.
The probe reportedly found that the official did indeed use the workers of the communal services department to work in his house. The workers dried and cleaned the soybean seeds.
As a result, the deputy Bustan district was brought to administrative liability.
According to article 51 (Administrative forced labor) of the Code of Administrative Liability, he paid a fine of fifty basic values, BV = 40 USD.
Earlier the prosecutor of the Kurgantepa district of Andijan province Sardor Rajabboyev, who used the communal services department to work in his house, was fired.
