A batch of 3 million doses of the Chinese-Uzbek COVID vaccine, ZF-UZ-VAC2001 was delivered from China to Uzbekistan on Sunday evening, the Ministry of Health said.
In total, 17.856 million various vaccines were supplied to the country:
- 13.5 million doses of ZF-UZ-VAC2001;
- 3 million doses of Moderna
- 370 thousand doses of Sputnik V;
- 986 thousand doses of AstraZeneca;
Reportedly, 12.7 million doses of coronavirus vaccines were administered in the country from April 1 to August 21. Of these, 8.9 million people got the first shot, 2.8 million people got the second shot, just over 1 million people got the third shot. In total, 1.47 million people have been fully vaccinated.
