On August 11, the Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov hosted the Ambassador of the United States of America Daniel Rosenblum, the Foreign Ministry said.
Reportedly, the parties considered certain aspects of the Uzbek-American cooperation and the schedule of upcoming joint events, and exchanged views on topical issues of international and regional politics.
The meeting was also attended by newly appointed Director of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission in Uzbekistan Mikaela Meridith and the US Deputy Ambassador Paul Polites.
