The Yuksalish nationwide movement conducted another survey to determine the major initiatives and reforms of the President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

According to the press service of the movement, the survey  100 national and foreign from among leading political, economy experts, journalists, human rights activists and other public figures.

According to the global study found, the 15 major reforms of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, which are of historical importance, were identified.

According to experts, the number One reform of the Uzbek leader is the establishment of good-neighborly relations in Central Asia, the opening of borders and the creation of checkpoints, and the constructive dialogue with the countries of Central Asia on all issues without exception (96 votes).

The following reforms followed:

2. Liberalization of the foreign exchange market.

3. Launching of government services network.

4. Introduction of a visa-free regime for 90 countries and a visa-free transit regime for 48 countries.

5. Fight against forced and child labor.

6. Introduction of a network of receptions for consideration of citizens' appeals and the openness of state bodies.

7. Enhanced role of the mass media in society and decision-making.

8. Raising the issues of gender equality at the level of state policy, in particular, the creation of a republican gender commission.

9. Development of the higher education system: increasing the quota of admission to universities, opening branches of national and foreign universities.

10. Improving the business environment in the country, in particular, simplifying the registration and business management processes.

11. Official recognition of poverty and the formation of an integrated approach to its reduction.

12. Implementation of legal and institutional changes in the fight against corruption.

13. Creation of a new youth support system.

14. Introduction of the procedure for granting citizenship directly to persons permanently residing in Uzbekistan for 15 years.

15. Creation of protective forest plantations on the dry bottom of the Aral Sea. Launch of the UN Human Security Trust Fund for the Aral Sea region, adoption by the UN General Assembly of a special resolution declaring the Aral Sea region a zone of environmental innovation and technology.

It also became known that renowned experts the likes of the President of the Center for Politics and Foreign Affairs of France Fabien Bassard, the President of the Holon Technological University Eduard Yakubov, Chief Researcher for Central Asia at Waseda University Naoki Nihei, Deputy Director of the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies Sanat Kushkumbayev , head of the representative office of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation for Central Asia Ronnie Heine, Deputy Regional Director of the Center for International Private Enterprise Eric Honz and others cuontributed to the study.
