Tashkent international airport got automatic storage lockers both in the international and domestic terminals, where any passenger can leave their luggage to spend time in the city, the Uzbekistan Airports said.
The storage locker in the international airline terminal is located on the basement floor of the departures terminal (near the 4th exit) and is open 24/7. The per-hour storage price is from 15 thousand to 40 thousand soums, depending on the size of the luggage. Permissible dimensions: standard cell - 60 × 50 × 80 cm, medium - 90 × 50 × 80 cm and large - 180 × 50 × 80 cm.
The storage locker in the domestic airline terminal is located inside the terminal between the departure and arrival halls and also works 24/7. The per-hour storage price is 10 thousand soums per hour at a single rate. Permissible dimensions: small cell - 43×50×34 cm, standard cell - 60×50×80 cm.
To pay for a storage locker, one needs to select a cell and deposit cash (in national currency) through a bill acceptor or pay with a bank card.
