Multi-branch medical institutions of Spain are exploring the opportunities of opening their branches in Uzbekistan. Ambassador of Uzbekistan, Farrukh Tursunov met with Jorge Alvarez and Monica Figerola, directors of international relations departments of Spanish HM Hospitales Group and Quiron Hospital Group multi-branch medical institutions.
During the talks, the parties discussed establishing mutually beneficial relations between these clinics and medical institutions, in particular, improving the qualifications of medical staff on favorable terms, organizing online or offline courses, conducting master classes by clinic specialists, conducting research projects with medical institutions of higher education, as well as in Uzbekistan the possibilities of establishing branches of these companies.
At the end of the meeting, they agreed that executives of Spanish companies will visit Uzbekistan in September of this year and hold negotiations in relevant ministries and specialized institutions of the country.
