The Uzbekistan Football Association hosted a video conference with Richard Cresswell, director of the British football agency Blue Sky Sports, the association said. Officials from the Presidential Administration and the Agency for Management Efficiency also took part.
Discussions covered ways to improve governance in football, implement international best practices, develop young players at foreign clubs and academies, and strengthen modern project management mechanisms.
Participants also considered how Britain's experience in managing and developing football could be adapted to conditions in Uzbekistan. They explored prospects for cooperation on developing players and managing their professional careers.
"The meeting was one of the important steps toward introducing modern management approaches to Uzbek football and expanding international cooperation," the association said in its statement.
