The BOD of the Central Bank decided to revoke the licenses of two companies in response to their requests, the bank's press service said. The license of the private Qulay Pul payment system, which operated under the United Fintech brand, has been revoked. On November 27, 2021, the company received a license and became the third payment system operator after Humo and Uzcard.

In December of the same year, the owners of United Fintech said that they did not seek to issue cards and intend to bring changes to the fintech market. The launch of the system was postponed several times, and in April the Central Bank limited its activities for six months.

Milliy Pochta To’lovlar has lost its license to operate as a payment system, which it received in May 2020. The company is owned by UzPost (Uzbekistan Post), which previously planned to launch its Avval payment system.

In May, the Banking Supervision Committee of the Central Bank revoked payment organization licenses from Payment Aggregation Systems and Yurt Pay. The reason was the decision of owners to terminate their activities.
