System for registering, storing and recording of bills of lading in electronic format will be implemented for large taxpayers as of April 1, 2024. Then, from July 1, 2024, this system will apply to all business entities.
System for registration, storage and accounting of bills of lading in electronic format will be implemented:
- for large taxpayers - from April 1, 2024;
- for all business entities - from July 1, 2024.
Registration of an electronic bills of lading shall be as follows:
- shipper generates information about the participants in the electronic bill of lading, vehicles and goods and confirms it using an electronic signature;
- electronic document management operator assigns a unique ID and QR code to the electronic bill of lading and sends it to the participating entities;
- person responsible for delivering the cargo checks information and confirms acceptance of the cargo using the Face ID system (via mobile app);
- consignee checks the information concerning it and, in the process of accepting the cargo, confirms the electronic bill of lading received to him/her using an electronic digital signature or rejects it indicating the reason.
