The May 5 Presidential Decree set the amount of one-time monetary rewards for medal winners of the XIX Summer Asian and IV Para-Asian Games in Hangzhou (China) in September-October 2022.
Uzbek athletes who win medals of the Asian and Para-Asian Games will receive the following rewards:
- for gold medal - $ 5,000;
- for silver medal - $3,000;
- for bronze medal - $ 2,000.
Coaches of medal winners of the Asian and Para-Asian Games:
- for gold medal - $ 2,500;
- for silver medal - $ 1,500;
- for bronze medal - $ 1,000.
Other staff (doctors, nutritionists, massage therapists and others) who assisted the winners and prize-winners of the Asian and Para-Asian Games:
- for gold medal - $ 2,000;
- for silver medal - $1,000;
- for bronze medal - $500.
In addition, the Uzbek athletes who win medals of the Asian and Para-Asian Games, as well as the coaches who have trained them, will be additionally encouraged with a one-time monetary reward by local budgets in the following amounts:
Athletes:
- for gold medal - 300 times the size of Basic Calculation Value (BCV=US$ 25);
- for silver medal - 200 BCV;
- for bronze medal - 100 BCV;
Coaches:
- for a gold medal - 200 BCV;
- for a silver medal - 100 BCV;
- for a bronze medal - 50 BCV.
