As previously reported, the Uzbekistan Football Association had filed a bid to host the AFC Women’s U20 Asian Cup 2022.
The AFC had been working with each bidder member association and today announced the official hosting nation of the tournament.
According to the decision of the AFC Women's Football Committee, the 2020 Women’s U20 Asian Cup will be held in Uzbekistan between April 4-17, 2022.
For information, the top three teams in this championship will get a ticket to the FIFA Women's U20 World Cup in 2022.
