The hosts established total dominance throughout the encounter, with forward Dostonbek Khamdamov netting a brace and Iraqi midfielder Bashar Resan adding a third to round off a comfortable night for Tashkent.
With this definitive win, Pakhtakor advances to the league stage of the continental showpiece, where they will play groups stage alongside Neftchi Fergana.
The AFC Champions League Elite stands as Asia's premier club competition. The tournament will feature an expanded roster of 32 teams, with the official group stage draw scheduled to take place on August 18. The highly anticipated league phase matches are set to kick off on September 14.
