Explosion occurred at a gasoline-propane filling station in Fergana. The Fergana province emergency situations department reported that the fire was extinguished at 14:14.
Photos and footages have surfaced on social networks showing people using a fire extinguisher to put out a burning person. There are also reports of casualties.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations said they are clarifying the information and preparing an official statement.
Users have also posted footages of a burning car, as well as white smoke spreading across the road and then catches fire after the explosion.
