Fatal traffic accident occurred in Bandikhon district of Surkhandarya province, the press service of the provincial police department said.
The incident occurred on November 12, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. on the 4R-100 highway passing through the Chinor neighbourhood of Bandikhon district. GM Nexia driven by a 32-year-old male hit a 7-year-old boy, who was crossing the road at an unmarked place.
As a result, the boy, who was studying in the 1st grade of a district school, died in the district hospital from serious injuries.
