Uzbek Investments Committee chairman Azim Ahmedkhadzhayev and CEO of Evergreen Motors Edward Kim signed a Memorandum of Understanding to launch mass production of Hyundai cars in Uzbekistan.

As part of the state visit of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the Republic of Korea, UzAvtoSanoat has reached deals on launching manufacture of Chevrolet Tracker car, upgraded Chevrolet Cobalt, as well as motorcycles and scooters in Uzbekistan, the media center covering the visit of the President to the Republic of Korea reported.
