From January 1, 2026, Start Your Business in 15 Minutes Principle will be introduced during the state registration of business entities, and a number of services will be provided simultaneously – in a bundle.
From January 1, 2026, the following services will be provided simultaneously during the state registration of businesses:
- issuing electronic digital signature (EDS) key;
- filing application for opening bank accounts and their activation;
- filing application or notification for obtaining a license/permit for certain types of activities;
- drawing up a real estate lease agreement;
- obtaining a VAT payer certificate;
- online purchase of cash registers and their registration with tax authorities;
- appointing director and registration in the Unified National Labor System.
While, businesses can use each service of their choice voluntarily, and will be able to pay for selected services using a single QR code.
