The Economist Intelligence Unit prepared the 2022 Global Food Security Index (GFSI) with the support of Corteva Agriscience. In the GFSI’s index from 2019 to 2022, Uzbekistan climbed 12 places, and this year was ranked 73rd out of 113 countries. Uzbekistan became the best improver among 10 in ensuring food safety in 2019-2022.
