On November 11, the Mirabad District Criminal Court ruled to arrest the blogger Sevinch Sadullayeva, 21, for five days, the joint press service of the Tashkent courts reported.
Sevinch Sadullayeva was found guilty of committing Petty hooliganism, which is punisgable with a fine of 3 to 5 basic settlement units (900,000 to 1.5 million soums, or US$ 80-140) or administrative arrest for up to 15 days.
Sevinch Sadullayeva has about 310 thousand subscribers to on Instagram. In her account, she publishes videos and photos with her boyfriend, including those taken in other countries.
In one of the messages, she says that she has a 1.5-year-old daughter, whose father she divorced during pregnancy.
According to the materials of the case, a citizen N.U. filed a complaint against the blogger in the Mirabad district police department. Having received the complaint, law enforcement agencies conducted an inspection.
They found that Sevinch Sadullayeva “posted videos and photos with her participation on social networks, contrary to the rules of ethics, deliberately ignoring the rules
of behavior in the public and violating public order, which caused justified claims from citizens.”
