German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock will start a three-day trip to Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan on October 30. She will be accompanied by a delegation in the energy and infrastructure sector businesses.

In Tashkent, the minister will hold talks with the Foreign Minister Vladimir Norov and visit the German-Uzbek educational center. After that, she will visit the irrigation systems in Samarkand, which are being built with the support of Germany. In Astana, Kazakhstan, Baerbock is scheduled to hold talks with her counterpart Mukhtar Tleuberdi.

Afterwards, Baerbock will go to the G7 Foreign Ministers Summit in Munster, Germany. The main topics of the meeting will be the Russian invasion of Ukraine, relations with China and Iran.
