An interview with a Russian-Israeli businessman, former top manager of Yukos oil company, Leonid Nevzlin, was uploaded on Visiting Gordon YouTube channel owned by the journalist Dmitry Gordon.

In an interview to Dmitry Gordon, Leonid Nevzlin said that military drones were being assembled in cooperation with Iran at a plant in Uzbekistan. While afterwards, they are being delivered to Russia, which are now attacking Ukrainian cities.

“Iranian military drones are being assembled at military plants in Iraq and Uzbekistan before delivery to Russia. Now they are trying or are already delivering ground-to-ground missiles. This is already a different news. Recently, two members of the Iranian army, a colonel and a general, were killed. They are said to be responsible for producing drones in Iran. These things don't happen by accident,” Nevzlin said on October 26 during an interview with Gordon.

Gordon asked about the possibility of Israeli strikes on plants in Iran, Iraq and Uzbekistan where drones are manufactured and assembled.

“I can't say anything about Uzbekistan. Because Uzbekistan is a neutral and friendly country. I don’t know if Israel knows that drones are being assembled there, I hope they do. An ultimatum from Israel and America would be enough for them. And they will stop. As for the regions of Iraq and Syria, Israel can without any doubt be ready to launch missile attacks on these regions. Also to other weapons depots that are not located on the territory of Iran,” the businessman said.

The deputy speaker of the Uzbek Legislative Chamber, Alisher Qodirov, said that such information cannot be ignored and that Uzbekistan does not support Russian aggression in any way.

“This baseless and irresponsible statement cannot be ignored. Our citizens and the whole world are well aware that Uzbekistan does not support Russian aggression in any form, taking a neutral position that supports negotiations and territorial integrity,” he said.

He also stressed that the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defense should officially refute this information.

“The Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defense should officially deny this slander and force Gordon to apologize,” Alisher Qodirov said.

In May, it became known that a plant for the production of Iranian drones was launched in Tajikistan.

In January of this year, the production of local unmanned aerial vehicles was launched in Uzbekistan.

The aircraft-type Lochin UAV and quadrocopter is designed for several purposes: performing reconnaissance tasks, delivering strikes, real-time surveillance, obtaining information, managing the process of artillery fire, as well as for mapping, topographic survey, defoliation of crops, monitoring of reserves, roads , social infrastructure and other important facilities in the rural, oil and gas, forestry, railway, geological sectors.
