President’s spokesman Sherzod Asadov held a traditional press briefing and briefed about the president's weekly schedule. "On October 11, the head of state will host the leader of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, and discuss the ways to further advance interprovincial cooperation with new content and specific projects, as well as expediting joint programs of cooperation.
Also, on October 12-14, our president will visit Kazakhstan to attend the meeting of the Council on Cooperation and Mutual Trust Measures in Asia, the next CIS Summit, and the Central Asia-Russia summit, he said.
The agenda of the visit includes holding bilateral meetings with foreign leaders, including Vietnamese Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan, Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and heads of a number of international organizations.
