Sijjak resort in Bostonliq district of Tashkent province, which was owned by Gulnara Karimova, has been put up for sale again for the second time by the State Asset Management Agency. The lot was valued at 70 billion soums on the E-auction site.
The resort has a land plot of 5.38 hectares, the area of buildings and structures is 4039.56 sqm. On the territory of the complex there are hotel buildings, several swimming pools, an amphitheater, a cottage, a water tower and other structures.
Initial price - 70 billion 68 million soums (US$ 6.37 million), deposit amount - 3.5 billion soums (US$ 320 thousand). Bids are being accepted until November 7 at 09:00, the auction will take place at 10:00 on the same day.
The resort was first put up for public auction in March last year.
