The Senate will be convened for the thirty-third plenary session on October 7. The decision on this was made at a meeting of the kengash of the upper house of parliament chaired by the head of the Senate Tanzila Narbayeva on Tuesday.

Senators are expected to review the State Registration of Rights to Real Estate Bill and a new version of the Standardization law.

Also, they are scheduled to approve amendments to the Names of Geographical Objects Law, the State Pension Provision of Citizens Law and others.

Members of the Senate will also discuss the findings of the study of efforts aimed at creating jobs in Karakalpakstan and the Khorezm province and listen to the report of the Fergana province governor on the progress of investment projects and the ease of doing business.

Among other issues on the agenda is the discussion of the findings of two parliamentary requests sent to the Cabinet of Ministers on the progress of localization programs in industry and on ensuring environmental stability and the introduction of innovative technologies in the Aral Sea area.
