In January-July 2022, Uzbekistan exported 16.9 thousand tons of apples worth US$ 6.6 million to 7 countries. According to the State Statistics Committee, apple exports increased by 8.3 thousand tons compared to the corresponding period of 2021.
The main countries to which Uzbekistan exported apples in July 2022:
- Kazakhstan - 11.6 thousand tons;
- Russia - 3.8 thousand tons;
- Kyrgyzstan - 1.2 thousand tons;
- Turkmenistan - 128 tons;
Provinces that exported the most apples abroad in July 2022:
- Fergana province - 5.1 thousand tons;
- Khorezm province - 4.3 thousand tons;
- Bukhara province - 1.5 thousand tons;
- Tashkent province - 1.4 thousand tons.
