Uzbeks will have 4 days off in a row on the occasion of the Independence Day holiday. According to the relevant presidential decree, regardless of working days (5 or 6 day-a-week), Uzbekistan residents will have 4 days off from September 1 to 4:
- September 1, 2022 - Thursday (holiday, non-working day);
- September 2, 2022 - Friday (an additional non-working day - regardless of the type of working week);
- September 3, 2022 - Saturday (additional non-working day - for employees with a six-day working week);
- September 4, 2022 - Sunday (day off according to the calendar).
