Government issued Measures to further systematize the legal framework Resolution. As a result of a “regulatory guillotine” method, 422 government resolutions have become invalid.
90 percent (331) of the documents that have become void are entire resolutions, and 10 percent (91) are separate clauses of documents.
These documents were voided due to:
- the presence of the same standards as in the documents adopted later;
- conflicts in the regulations of documents adopted later;
- documents with a higher legal force, which are the basis for the adoption of resolutions, have lost their relevance as a result of cancellation;
- cancellation of documents amended and supplemented by regulations canceled now;
- execution of one-time and temporary orders specified in the resolutions.
