The Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov on October 12 received the newly appointed Representative of the UN Children's Fund (UNICEF) to our country Sasha Grauman.
A letter of the UNICEF Executive Director Anthony Lake on assignment to Uzbekistan was presented to the Minister.
During the meeting the parties discussed the current state and priority areas for further enhancing of the cooperation between Uzbekistan and UNICEF, they also expressed mutual interest in the successful implementation of the Country Cooperation Program for 2016-2020 which was signed on April 15 this year.
