Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed Measures to develop the roadside infrastructure of Yangi Ozbekiston Street Resolution. The Resolution approved the proposals of the Tashkent city mayor’s office, the Governor office of Tashkent province, the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Transport on the creation of the Yangi O'zbekiston Ko'chasi (New Uzbekistan Street) business district and the construction of services facilities, shopping and entertainment venues, parks and multi-storey residential buildings on its territory in accordance with the master plan on Yangi Ozbekiston Street.
Also was approved the proposal of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Water Resources to change the category of the land fund for a total of 241.93 hectares, including 198.12 hectares of irrigated land selected for creating Yangi O'zbekiston ko'chasi business district in Mirzo-Ulugbek and Yashnabad districts of Tashkent city and Yuqorichirchik district of Tashkent province from the category of agricultural land to the category of land of settlements of urban and settlement development.
