Uzbekistan Airways resumes Tashkent to Paris regular flights two years later, the company said on Tuesday. Flights will be operated from April 29 to June 10 twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays.
The "Tashkent to Paris ticket fare starts from 4,038,862 soums (without baggage) and from 4,777,879 soums (with baggage), while the return ticket - from 7,582,047 soums (without baggage) and from 8,772,182 soums (with baggage).
In March 2020, Uzbekistan closed air and road communications with all foreign countries due to the first case of coronavirus in the country. In April last year, Uzbekistan Airways, as part of the transition to a new business model and cost reduction, decided to cancel 9 unprofitable flights to Paris, Rome, Milan, Amritsar, Mumbai, Bangkok, Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta.
