The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Uzbekistan on Monday stood at 425, which is by 36 more than a day earlier (389), the Ministry of Health said on Tuesday.
The total number of officially identified cases since the start of the pandemic has reached 201,155.
Most of the new cases on January 10 were detected in Tashkent - 223 (30 more than the day before), Samarkand province - 47 and Tashkent province - 43.
During the day, there were also 4 deaths from complications caused by COVID-19, the total number of officially registered deaths exceeded 1,500 (1501).
According to the Ministry of Health, to date, 88.2% of Uzbek adults received at least one dose, while 64.7% had a full course of vaccination.
