The president’s draft Establishment of additional days-off during the celebration of official dates and moving days off in 2022 decree was published on Monday.
According to the draft document, January 3 and 4, 2022 will be declared additional non-working days.
If the document is approved and takes effect, then the Uzbeks will have a rest during the following days:
- December 31, 2021 - Friday (additional day-off);
- January 1, 2022 - Saturday (public holiday);
- January 2, 2022 - Sunday (day off according to the calendar);
- January 3, 2022 - Monday (additional day-off);
- January 4, 2022 - Tuesday (additional day-off).
