A branch of the University of Pisa (Italy) will open in Tashkent. This is stated in the Cabinet of Ministers’ resolution dated November 24, the Ministry of Justice said.
The branch will offer programs in geology and research possibilities in this area, with studies to begin in the 2022/2023 academic year.
The graduates will receive a diploma from the University of Pisa. The University of Pisa is one of the oldest universities in Europe. It was officially opened in 1343, however scholars indicate that it dates back to the 11th century.
