According to the Republican anti-epidemic and prevention of spread of COVID-19 headquarters, Tajikistan will resume flights to the United Arab Emirates and Uzbekistan from July 1, Asia-Plus reported.

Passengers of the above flights will have to carry a medical certificate of health.

“The Civil Aviation Agency of the Republic of Tajikistan was instructed to study the issue of organizing flights to the Russian Federation, Turkey and China and submit proposals and conclusions to the Republican headquarters,” the statement added.

Flights between Tashkent and Dushanbe were suspended on March 16.

Earlier, the Uzbek authorities notified Tajikistan of their intention to resume regular flights with Dushanbe from July 1.
