Uzbekistan sent a second batch of humanitarian aid to China with personal protective equipment to help prevent further spreading of the coronavirus, the Ministry of Emergencies said.
CASA C-295, a Ministry of Defense plane with humanitarian cargo on board flew from Tashkent Airport to Chinese Urumqi on Tuesday at 15:30.
The second batch, like the first, includes the medical products - sterile disposable gloves, protective overalls, filtering face masks.
Earlier on February 12, Uzbekistan sent the first humanitarian cargo to China to support the efforts of the authorities to counter the spread of coronavirus.
